2. Babson and Braden Scholarship, These are great scholarships start early and take your time. It is due April 19, 2012. Mrs. Spore has them on her computer in the lab. You can pick applications in Mr. SchlupÕs office.
3. The Hagan Scholarship, the academic criteria for this scholarship is you must have a HS GPA of 3.50 or higher and must score a 23 or higher on the ACT. Applications are in Mr. SchlupÕs office or online at www.hsfmo.org
4. Vocational Education Scholarship Program, test date for this scholarship is November 5, and March 3. For this scholarship you must be enrolling in a technical school, for example the Flint Hills Tech College and many others. For more information or to apply applications are in Mr. SchlupÕs office. 5. Shelter Insurance Foundation Scholarship Program, Due in Mr. SchlupÕs office by April 1, 2011. This is a great scholarship in the amount of $2000.00. The criteria is studentÕs scholastic achievement, interest in furthering his or her education, participation in leadership and community activities, reputation for good citizenship and good moral character.
6. Wichita State Scholarship Competition, There are several different scholarships available and they all have different due dates the first one is due November 1st, if you are going to WSU you should come in and fill these out.
7. Elks National Foundation Scholarship, any high school senior may apply. The dead line for application is December 2, 2011 but do not wait till the last minute to turn your application in it must be submitted to a Elks Lodge not mailed, give your self plenty of time. I think the nearest lodge is in El Dorado.
8. World Class Mediacom Scholarship Program,

9. ÒFreedom in AcademiaÓ Student Essay Contest (FIRE)

10. The Horatio Alger Scholarship based on critical financial need, involvement in co-curricular and community activities, minimum GPA of 2.0 and is a United States citizen. Dead line October 30, 2011
