Braden Barrett, junior quarterback and Thomas Lowe, junior  tightend for the Eureka Tornadoes high school football team, both broke school records on Friday night.

 

Barrett added 269 passing yards to his season record on Friday night of last week. He now holds the current record, with three games remaining in the regular season, with 735 passing yards. The previous record was 622 passing yards, set by Kenton Hughes in 2005.

 

Lowe broke the school record for the most receptions in a season. He currently has 20 receptions. Marcus Cornett set the previous record in 1999 with 18. Lowe also holds the record for career yardage with 599 yards. Tom Strouth set the previous record with 476 yards from 1992 to 1995.
