Future Smiles

Wednesday Feb. 22nd and Friday Feb. 24th (if date is needed). Flint Hills Health Center will be at Eureka Jr./Sr. High School for the dental program ‘Future Smiles’. This program is designed to provide preventative dental services to children during the school day. This program includes oral evaluation, cleaning, fluoride treatments and sealants. For this program you child MUST qualify for free or reduced lunches and/or have Medicaid or Health Wave insurance. If you are interested in this program for your child please contact the school nurse for more information.
