New Book Fair Books

Marshall Elementary Library recently purchased 65 new books using profit money from the book fair held in October. Some of the books purchased are from series that students have been eagerly awaiting to see what happens next. Not all books have shipped yet, but the 47 books that have made it to Marshall have been happily circulating. Last week, 5th graders played a version of musical chairs to preview some of the new chapter books. Each chair had a new book on it and students walked around until the music stopped. When the music stopped, the students sat in the nearest chair and looked at the new book until the music started again.
A big thank you to students, parents and community members for supporting our school’s book fair. The students LOVE getting new books in the middle of the school year.
