Spanish 3 Students visit 3rd Grade!

Señora Hall's Spanish 3 students joined our 3rd Graders this morning to read our story of the week. The story this week is called "I Love Saturdays y Domingos" by Alma Flor Ada. This story is about a young girl who experiences different cultures with both sets of her grandparents. The story has many Spanish words and phrases so the high school students we able to read them with correct pronunciation and explain what they mean to the 3rd graders. Afterward, we had a great group discussion about the benefits of taking Spanish or other foreign language classes in high school. We want to say thank you to them for coming over and reading this story to us!!
