Biographical Information
Hello, my name is Nichelle (Shelly) Rader.  I teach Special Education at Marshall Elementary.   I am about to start my 13th year as a Special Education Teacher.  I grew up on a farm by Ingalls, KS.  I am married to Ron Rader and we live on a ranch by Piedmont, Kansas.  I have 3 grown children, Ty Rader, Travis Rader, and Kayla Rader.  I also have a daughter in law, Valeria Rader, a Grandson, Keegan, and Grand-daughter, Vanya.  

I love teaching students with exceptionalities.  My job is very rewarding when I see growth and gains made by my students.
