Biographical Information
I grew up in Medicine Lodge, Kansas, which is about the same size as Eureka. I am married to Luke who works for the Natural Resources Conservation Service. We have four children: Ethan-21, Andrew-18- and twin girls Addison and Alaina-15. We have lived here in Eureka for 18 years.
This is my third year as district librarian for the Eureka School District. Prior to my current library position, I taught 4th grade at Marshall Elementary for 12 years. I have also worked in two other school districts. I taught 3rd grade in Osage City for three years. I then worked in the Hamilton School District where I served as the PreK-12 school librarian for three years.
