To kick off the new school year, Marshall Elementary students collaborated on a school wide art project. Every student at Marshall designed a butterfly and colored it in a monochromatic style. A nice review of line, pattern, and contrast and emphasis. Some students also colored a poster with this year's motto of "We Rise By Lifting Others." 6th Grader, Abbi Foth, had the amazing idea of tracing silhouettes of Marshall students and staff to bring the motto to life!
