2nd Grade Opinion Writing

Would you want to live in Alaska? What would you do with $100?
These are some of the questions that second grade students have been answering during our opinion writing unit. First, students write a sentence about their opinion. Next, they have to write three separate reasons explaining why. Finally, students wrap it all up with a conclusion sentence. We will continue to work on opinion writing for the rest of the third quarter.
