TVL formed 1937: TVL Combined with the B-Y-G-H or Neosho Valley League in 1939. Burlington-Yates Center-Garnett-Humboldt.

The TVL disbanded in 1991. Eureka joined the CVL from 1991-1995. The TVL was reformed in 1996. The present members are: (Bluestem, Caney, Cherryvale, Eureka, Fredonia, Humboldt, Neodesha)
